Peer support: Frailty Nexus

Frailty Nexus is a virtual community of practice that connects researchers and healthcare professionals with an interest in frailty. It was established by AFN in 2023 to contribute to capacity building in multidisciplinary and translational frailty research.
Membership is open to all researchers and healthcare professionals interested in frailty. Members gain access to three core components:
Learning Link-Up – Online learning events
Nexus News – A newsletter sharing learning and research opportunities
Nexus Nook – A library of shared resources
To gain access to the shared resources, and to be invited to the monthly learning series, please complete this form.
